Things To Avoid While Practicing CBSE Class 10 Sample Question Papers

CBSE Term 2 board exams for class 10 will begin in April, the date sheet has been announced too. However, before the date sheet the central board has released the sample question papers so that students can have a better exam preparation.

The board releases the sample papers so that students can treat them as a blueprint of actual question papers and prepare for the upcoming exam accordingly.

Many of you may have started the preparation using sample papers and many not. If you don’t have access to the latest class 10 sample paper term 2 exam, then you can download them from Selfstudys website for free.

Furthermore, while preparing for the exam and referring to the CBSE Class 10 Sample Question Papers you should avoid these things:

  1. Relying on It Completely

If you are using the sample papers for your term 2 exam preparation then you need to understand that you should never rely on the sample question papers.

Using the sample papers are recommended but only for the purpose of practising the questions and getting some basic information such as exam pattern, marks distributions, and more.

You should avoid relying on it because it is not necessary that these questions will be asked in the final exam. So, rather than relying on SQP refer to the NCERT Books and cover all the topic as per your term 2 syllabus.

2. Not Revisioning

Revision is very very important, because without it you will not be able to remember the topics for a long period of time so revision is essential and you should never avoid it, even while solving the sample question papers of term 2.

Many of the students think they don’t need to revise anymore because they are practicing the sample question papers which is helping them to know about the topics regularly.

However, going through the revision notes helps students to save their time & cover more syllabus.

3. Not looking for weakness & Strength

The wrong thing students do while they practice SQP is they do not perform analysis on their performances. Analysis gives students an idea of weakness and strength in the subject.

By identifying them they can improve and prepare for the exam in the best way possible. Therefore, if you are using the CBSE Class 10 Sample Papers Maths, science and other subjects you need to gather the weak topics according to you so that you can work on them to improve.
